Looking for someone to make Bears

Hello all you clever people,

I’m hoping someone will be able to help or point me in the right direction. I am looking for an experienced seamstress who can make Teddy Bear or keepsakes for a friend of mine.

She suddenly lost her teenage son this year and would like to have some of his clothes made into keepsakes for his friends. Although I can use a sewing machine I don’t feel my skills are good enough to undertake such an important task.

If you think you could make something as a fitting tribute please get in touch. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

I knew I’d seen something somewhere…https://folksy.com/shops/StitchesandStitches make bears from babygrows, maybe they would be able to do something. I’ve no idea whether they use the forums so they may not have seen your post. Hope this helps.

I have done bears out of recycled clothes, I did a bear for my sisters in laws when my father in law died. i have also done quilts and toys from baby-gros.
