Joan, Lancaster was fraught, a course with a really dry subject in a very small hot room full of people who were hot and bored - but I did get a small wander around at lunchtime in the sunshine. what a lovely place x

Good morning - a great start to the day. Out early to take my daughter for an asthma review with the practice nurse, and received a phone call when we were on the way to say the nurse was sick and the appointment cancelled. Still, it gives me a bit of time to do other things before I head off to the charity shop.

Thanks Steph, she hasn’t done much drawing for a little while now as she has been concentrating on her A levels although she has done a few pet portrait commissions to earn a bit of cash. She is hoping to do some more commissions over the summer and is off to Africa to work in a wildlife sanctuary for a couple of weeks in September so hopefully that will inspire more drawing of other animals. Animals are her great love and she is hoping to study zoology at uni in the autumn, fingers crossed for the required results!

Sorry for my absence yesterday, Wednesdays and Fridays are my days off work and I try not to go on the computer, I take every little moment with Ella when I can lol. I was surprised to see my board was chosen yesterday, I didn’t even see it! I hope those of you featured saw at least an increase in views and hopefully some sales! I try and feature a few daily listers every board I make x

Morning May Queens - nice drop of rain overnight - saved us watering the garden - everywhere was very parched.
