Just a relist from me today, new knitting is slow as have dear friend staying for the week, and much to my surprise I cant matter and knit at the same time!!

Good morning all.
Sorry to hear you’re still having problems with your back Max @paperchainsandbeads - you may find gentle exercise is the key. I have both low back and neck pain - ironically both curtesy of working in the NHS - and osteoarthritis in my knee and all are worse the less active I am. I not been well for the past couple of days and have been lolling around on the - too soft - sofa and last night and today I’m as stiff as a board. If you’ve not done so already, it might be worth getting a referral for physio - they’ll give you some good go-to exercises you can do whenever you have a flare-up. I also had treatment from a chiropractor and he was a genius - I am lucky though because I can have physio and the treatment from the chiropractor at my GP surgery on the NHS - there’s also a doctor that specialises in muscular-skeletal conditions and he gives my acupuncture for my neck when I need it.

I only have a simple stretchy bracelet for you today - I’m now quickly running out of new things to list (until I’m ready for the new bridal collection in the New Year) and as I’m selling very little I’m loathe to make anything new- until I feel the draw of the workbench of course

Hi everyone. Just letting you know I haven’t deserted the game but am still having problems with my nose which gives me a lot of migraines so I try and limit computer time to a minimum on those days. I have now been referred to the hospital so hoping to get sorted out in time to enjoy xmas as it’s not much fun at the moment.

I’m not doing too bad. A bit of a gruelling day yesterday having my chemo. I have terrible veins and they had a job getting one not to collapse while they gave me the chemo. What usually takes about 5 hours took seven hours. Also, I found out that I am down to have six sessions and not four as I originally though. Still, needs must and it’s all for my good. Thanks to everyone for their concern.

A small silk Make-up Purse today from me - I am very late but had a hectic day not helped by misplacing a purse with money and bank cards in. Finally found in the glove compartment in the car but not until after I had turned the house upside down. I then relisted three items in my shop before realising my Plus account had expired - that was why I needed the bank card - so now my £45 Plus account renewal has cost £45. 54. Grrrr - think I need a drink. Hope everyone feeling poorly with bad backs etc. are soon feeling more comfortable and Jeanie @thecardjeanie - thinking of you and keep strong it will come to an end.
