Do you have a GPK licence agreement ?
If not you should not be selling images of their copyright subjects . Are you aiming to bring all the copyright holders down on Folksy like a ton of hot bricks ???

Sorry Nicholas. There is no hate involved and no intent to ban anyone… but .there are copyright rules .which apply internationally .and you appear to be breaking them. That is all.

If the owner does not consent to a particular use of a work, fan art may be considered infringement of either the copyright and/or trademark of the original work that the art is based on. On the other hand, it may not be infringement if it is considered a “fair use” of the work.
