Postage woes - lost commission :(

Have you contacted Folksy and Paypal about this - they may refund your fees? Not to mention claiming from Royal Mail - did they refund you for the first lot?

Thanks all.

She has been ‘nagging’ me by message on my Facebook page this evening, then getting irate as I didn’t reply straight away (I did explain that I do have to spend some time painting!)

I have to admit I lost my rag in the end - said she needed to contact the card company where she made the payment from and get them to claim back the money as I wasn’t doing it any other way (and that I wasn’t risking sending a refund and having it be said that that was lost in transit too!)

She also told me I should make sure I sent items tracked - I told her I would happily send items tracked so long as the customer was willing to pay for it.

No doubt I will get up to lost more snotty messages from her tomorrow! Have had enough of her for tonight. Hopefully she will get the card company to sort it out as I’m fed up of the whole thing.

Block her on Facebook, you don’t have to put up with this unsavoury character, she is probably sitting there with two sets of signs as well…

Oh honestly, what a saga.

Not surprised you’re so fed up with it all.

I did end up blocking her on my Facebook page, after requesting her to contact her credit card company to make a claim for a refund via them. If she won’t accept a Paypal payment, as far as I’m concerned that is the only option left. Let’s face it, if I buy something from a supermarket that needs to be returned I can’t demand the refund the money to a different account, they will only refund to the same account the money came from originally.

So, instead of contacting her bank/credit card company she has complained to Folksy…

I hope that things all work out for you soon.
