Hello, I’m new here and I’m in the process of setting up my shop. I am trying to add my Facebook Profile and Pinterest Profile to the social area of the shop appearance section but it keeps returning ‘Please check your settings, some of them appear to be incorrect’ and ‘is invalid’.
I have inserted the addresses using the format in the example, plus tried every other combination I can think of, but it keeps saying ‘is invalid’.
Does anyone have any suggestions before I contact the help desk? Many thanks.

All I can think of is when I have a glitch like this happen I switch from using Chrome browser to Safari.
Sometimes it’s something as simple as that.

Hmmmm try a different browser and then go for good old copy/ paste rather than typing anything in (also make sure that you delete anything that is already in the box)

Thank you for the bump Karenscrafybitz. I’ve opened a different browser as suggested and got the Facebook link to work. It didn’t work for Pinterest but I’m nearly there.

Thank you for the tip SashaGarrett. Copy / Paste from a new browser worked for the Facebook link - it was the same as what I wrote manually with / on the end.
