I don’t know if anyone is interested in committing themselves to a cognitive study being carried out by King’s College London.
A friend and I are doing this because, as some of you may know that my mum recently died after a 10 year long battle with Alzheimer’s and my friend now has members of her family with the same illness.
You do have to be over 50 to take part, but I think this could turn out to do a lot of good,
I’m keen to get involved in this - I used to work in a neuroscience centre and found the research being done there really interesting, including research into Alzheimers. I’ve registered with the study, so will see where it leads.
Yes I think it will be interesting Christine, although I’m a bit scared that I’ll see my own brain going downhill, the brain training is quite fun though- so far.
I’m not old enough otherwise I’d be joining in, I’ll try and get some friends interested.
