Back again - where has the day gone?! Got a couple of scarves made this morning and am off to get my tooth filled in a little while - the filling dropped out quite a while ago and I have been putting it off.
Glad your menfolk are OK Jacqueline @JacquelineOJewellery but shame about the car.
Deborah @DeborahJonesJewellery - way too similar but I am no expert on what to do next.

Heres my listing for today - I have been experimenting, different from my usual scarves but with winter on the way I thought some warmer thicker scarves might be a good idea.

Hi everyone. Thanks for the sympathy about my migraines. I am still not right, but at least sort of functioning now. So sorry to see blatant copying of your work Deborah @DeborahJonesJewellery. I have to say that her stone setting isn’t a patch on yours xx I think I am with the others when they say to get some legal advice - maybe a cease and desist letter. It might be enough to put the lady off selling them online, if not at fairs. Good luck xxx I wonder if the Folksy team would have any advice on this?
We have been out with the children today and let them run off steam at the local indoor adventure playground, before taking them for pizza - a rare treat. I am shattered!
I am very excited though, as I am off to London tomorrow on a stone buying trip!!! I will be like a child in a sweetie shop. Fingers crossed I don’t get lost on the underground - never been too good on there. I always find it far too hot and overcrowded.
I have this for you today. Thinking of Autumn - it would make a lovely gift for an autumn birthday.

Thanks for the advice all, I’m glad you all think I have a case and am not over reacting. I have been looking back and my earliest record of an online sale of them was early 2010. I probably have earlier from fairs, but didn’t tend to take regular photos pre online selling.

All loved/pinned to here. No listing from me today - we’re off on holiday for a few days on Monday so I’ve put my shop in holiday mode. Will try and keep up with all your lovely listings while I’m away and jump back into the fray when we get back - lots to list before Christmas.

Again, so sorry to hear about this breach of your copyright Deborah @DeborahJonesJewellery I’ve had some of my wedding designs copied, but they weren’t nearly as complex and unique as your bracelets so I never did anything about it other than get really cross. We have really big problems with people taking Keith’s copyrighted photos from our site and using them as they please. The worst offender was another photographer who used 12 of our pictures and claimed they were examples of his own commercial work - bloody cheek - he took them down but wouldn’t pay the invoice we sent him and it just wasn’t worth chasing him. We now use an agency that identifies the breaches and passes them onto a solicitors who pursue payment. I tried doing it but found it really stressful and upsetting so I know how you feel.
Basically, in this country, copyright is automatically assigned to the maker as soon as the work is completed and ‘published’ (i.e. put in the public realm). Take a look at these 2 sites - links below - that I found helpful and they might help you make the decision to get a solicitor involved - which is probably your best bet. At the very least such a letter will scare her and give her food for thought - breach of copyright is actually a criminal offence and a judge does have to option of a jail term!

Afternoon all, a bit late in the day for me! Didn’t manage to finish what I wanted to list, it’s been a very upside down day here, son and girlfriend were supposed to be moving into a house today, after numerous phone calls and emails it’s not to be, goodness knows what estate agents do all day! So now we have them until at least Monday + half their old flat…

Deborah @DeborahJonesJewellery all I can say is, yes it is a copy, but yours is so much nicer, from the roundness of the bangle to the setting of the stones and the curves on the beads, and the patina on the silver. I have no idea what to suggest, but they do need to be exposed…

I hope you find an effective strategy for dealing with the offender. I’ve been so thrilled with my bangle - I wear it all the time!
I did actually make something today, but didn’t get round to photographing it so here is a quirky pair of earrings that I’ve relisted as a sale item.

I have composed a cease and desist letter that I will send off, and if necessary will follow up via solicitor. Thanks for all your support, you have given me the confidence to persue it! I shall remove the offending photo from the post above now and try and put it out of my mind and get on with the month.

Morning Fell asleep early last night so catching up this morning,
Donna @RedDragonDesigns I walked up hill about 1/4 mile early evening and had baby the following morning on both occasions, no use of any other help eg oil, curry or whatever 
I hope all goes well and the baby decides to put in an appearance soon x
Thanks Carol @cariadcrafts11 the car is a write off, went to get the bit’s and bobs out of it yesterday and have a proper look at the damage, all the back end is shoved forward so much so that the roof bent inwards and the back passenger doors wont shut, the back seat pushed the front seats into recline, it’s a bit of a mess really, but the men folk are walking so taking that as a blessing
