I tried to change my shop announcement this morning and although it has saved on the dashboard, my shop front on the site still shows what I had on previously. I checked, and I heven’t gone over the character limit, so I was wondering why it’s still showing the previous text.
Have you tried clearing your cache and reloading your shop front page?
Yes - done that. Old announcement still shows.
Silly question but you did save it with the update button?
