Hello, I’ve had a Folksy shop for many years but it has been dormant for the last 4yrs. I’ve decided to start up again but thought I go with a new name.
I’ve managed to change the name and banner but it is still registered under the old name. So how do I sort it out? Can anyone tell me please, then I can start putting something into my shop.

Do you mean you want to change your shop url to reflect the new name? If that is so you need to email support@folksy.com and they will do it for you.
