Does each item ordered have to be added to basket one at a time, because a customer wanted two different pairs of doll socks but has only been charged for the second pair, which happened to be a little dearer ? Good job they weren’t dear items.![]()
Yes each item needs to be added to the basket separately unless they are ordering multiples of the same thing. (Looking at your sold items they would need to select the first type of socks from the drop down menus then add to basket before selecting the second type of socks and adding to basket). Did they not spot that there was only one pair of socks in their basket when they went to check out?
Ive been having a play with your doll sock listing and I’m wondering if the issue has come about because of how you’ve set up the options. I have to select from both the drop down menus before it will let me put an item in the basket (the system isn’t designed to allow people to pick from just one menu where there are more than one) but that only counts as one item so only charges as one item even though I have in effect picked 2 pairs of socks (one from each drop down menu). In this case I think you’d be better off setting it up as a single drop down menu.
Yes you’re right and I realise where I need to alter the options now, this was an early listing and I have got better since ![]()
I think she only wanted the second pair but I sent both anyway. As you say, you can’t select from just one menu. Thanks for looking Sasha.
