Anyone else having problems listing?

For the last week or so we’ve experienced problems with relisted items not showing up in the printmaking section on the Art page. They either don’t appear for hours or they appear several pages down, again this can take hours to happen. Is it just us?

Are you using the app?

I’ve been having problems re-listing items on the app, the pop up page to re-list just stays there even after I’ve pressed the button to relist. Then when I went to press cancel then press relist again, it says that it’s already relisted?!?

Then when I went over to the Folksy webpage, my relists weren’t showing up! but a a couple of hours later it popped up there! @Folksyadmin - do you know of a problem?

Something is definitely going on, the site keeps giving me error messages! I’ve listed a new item in the last half hour. It doesn’t appear in the category I listed it in, no matter how I search for it. I also can’t seem to click beyond page 2 of any category - I just get the ‘something went wrong’ message. I can’t search on the item using the search box either, it just fails with the same message.

So it’s showing in my shop, but looks like anyone else wouldn’t be able to find it? This is the listing - if I click on any of the tags it’s not showing under them, or I just can’t review the results because ‘something went wrong’. @dougfolksy - do you know if this is an issue with the listing, or to do with the site crashing? I’m using Chrome on a windows laptop if that’s useful! Cheers, Dee

Hmm, so maybe it’s a timing thing? It’s just appeared on page 6 of newly listed items, & the error messages seem to have disappeared :woman_shrugging: Maybe too many people relisting their entire shop at the same time & crashing the site?!
I’ve noticed that sales don’t get added to your sales total instantly either, so maybe the new thing is just to give the site an hour to catch up? I’m just too quick - first time for everything!! :rofl:

I had this problem with the app this morning whilst trying to update with the tag for theme of the day. Had to keep shutting down the app in between tagging each one to get away from the pop up box and when I went back to each item it was showing the tag. However, scrolling though the tag on the website just now, couldn’t find any of my pieces, had to retag each one via the website before they would show up. Same problem whilst trying to relist some items :woman_shrugging:t2:

I’m having issues on the site too. It keeps saying something has gone wrong. I’m on my laptop.
Sorry @dougfolksy is there problems with the site today?

Not using the app, this is happening when we relist via PC.

I’ve been having issues with newly listed and relisted items missing too. Admin are investigating this for me. I would contact them to let them know a few of us have the same issues.

Hows the best way to contact Admin?

I used the ‘contact us’ link at the bottom of home page and that gives you an option on the right to contact support. Amanda

If it’s about a problem specifically on the app it’s best to use the “give feedback” link from the app (click on your avatar on the app and you should see it on that menu), there’s a section for reporting bugs on there.
