Its come to that time again for me to reach out and see if anyone is interested in taking part in the challenge of a daily listing club for May 2014.
If you have not taken part in a daily listing club before and are wondering what it is all about or how it works, please pop across and visit the Club for April, the April Blossoms and see how we operate, but in simplistic terms:
The daily listing is a personal challenge to list an item a day for the month, it is a personal challenge, so no one will shout at you, or hound you out of the club if you miss a day here of there.
Once you have listed your item, you come to the thread for that particular day and tell us what you have listed, with a link to that item, so we can check it out too.
Visit the items of your fellow club members, actually go and check out the item in their shops, a simple way to show you are taking part and fellow club members really appreciate that you have stopped by!
Promote not just your own item, but fellow club members too, in what ever way you are able, by pinning, stumbling, FB linking, Blogging, Tweeting, whatever is in your remit of possibilities, in this way we all support and promote each other, and hopefully raise awareness of our crafts and of Folksy too, all of which has to be a good thing.
Please remember that although sales cannot be certain, additional promotion can be, which has to be a good thing!
Every month we think of a new unique name for the club, and to get the ball rolling I’ll suggest some names off the top of my head, but would really appreciate your name suggestions to add to the list, then we can all vote on our Fave name, the most popular one will then be adopted!

Sometimes relists are necessary, I have had to add many relists due to working full time again, but personally only relist once an item has delisted itself from my shop and I want to give it another run.
I’m in and don’t mind what we caller ourselves - I never pick the winning title, anyway. I’m hoping that when my training finishes on 28th April that I’ll have more time to get the shop organized. Mind you, I’m only supposed t be working 3 hours a day until I get settled in and they’ve already got me down for 4 1/2 hours today and 5 1/2 hours tomorrow, so I might be zonked out.
Ooooh, hello everyone. Please may I join in for May? I know April was a bit of a wash-out for me for various reasons, so I can’t wait to get back into the swing of daily listing and chats.

I’d like to join in for May, I’ve not had much time for making or promoting lately. Hopefully I can get back into the swing of things next month. I quite like May Bugs.
I’m in, also no preference for name but I do like May Belles I’d rather like to be a belle and have a ball :).
I think it’s worth considering a weekly thread, I know we have lost a lot of people for what used to be a really busy thread and as someone who lists very early in the morning but rarely has chance to catch up of an evening would certainly be easier for me to keep up to date. I guess this would also fit in with Folksy Admins preference for less threads being started and their favouring weekly or monthly threads. I’m still trying to figure out how we could run the one day sale thread as views and posts are very low - again something that used to be very popular.
I was thinking the same thing - I often list late at night, so don’t get many views, if any. This way, it would mean everyone will get views no matter what time the items are listed.
I know it is a bit late, but yes please, can I join in? How about May Madness?
