Bad Gateway Error today

trying to promote my items but can’t get into my account and when i got into the shop i tried to click on photo’s and keep getting bad gateway error and this below it, nginx/1.6.2
Also getting the same in my other shop @Jacquelineojewellery.

Anyone else got problems

Hello! I have been trying to do some promotion for shops and have got that message since about 9pm last night. Can get to the shops OK but get Bad Gateway Error 502 when I click onto an item.

Yep, getting the same here. Initially going from stats to dashboard but then also when clicking on links to items.

Yes, me too. Took 4 attempts to open my dashboard, kept getting ‘Bad Gateway’ error too. I also had a few problems yesterday. @folksycontent

I have moved this thread in to Folksy Issues category as they are more likely to see it there. I hope you don’t mind @silverspiral

I have sent Folksy a direct message on Twitter as I know things sometimes get picked up on there but not on here over the weekends x

I have now had on ‘500 Internal Server error’ when I tried to relist some items…

Have any of you emailed urgent@folksy.com yet? I think that email gets checked at the weekend so it might be the best way to notify them of the issue.

Having the same problem but if you keep refreshing - you get into the page you want to open after a couple of attempts.

Refreshing is not a good idea if you are listing though I guess, I did just do a re-list and had to refresh a few times and that has gone through OK.

Uh-ho. Doug has been working on it to try to fix the problem but as part of that work the site is now totally down.
It looks like it’s going to take at least an hour to get it back up and running. We’re very sorry.

Have just spent a very frustrating 40mins trying 4 times unsuccessfully to list a new item, only to keep getting Bad Gateway when I click on preview item and having to start all over again…:grimacing:
