I was just trying to find one of my listings to make a little change to it and for the life of me couldn’t find it.
In the end I searched using ALL and found it was indeed there but Hidden. But Hidden it seems is only Active Hidden and does not include listings which were hidden and have now expired.
Don’t remember hiding it but maybe i was going to redo photos or something. Whatever the reason because it was hidden it didn’t get renewed when I did everything else and slithered quietly away into my Expired section.

I use the hidden feature if I sell to a local customer or delete something out of my shop then if someone clicks on it from for example pinterest it still brings the listing up with the images.

What’s the difference in just zeroising the quantity. Pinterest still finds those just the same ?
The problem is that if it slips into expired it no longer shows under your Hidden list.

Oh I see, yes I suppose it’s the same, I’ve never done it that way Joy, so if a local customer buys a bear instead of hiding from sale I just change it to zero stock ? Will try that from now on.
It sure is although I think I might fail all my exams this year

I do it all the time. Especially as I sell 4 times as much elsewhere.
