Eventually got time to add another item to my shop but like others I can’t access my dashboard. I can now access first page. Let’s hope the customers just get frustrated and return to buy buy buy.

There may well be an issue. Saw my pumpkins on Pinterest and wanted to link into my shop …

Me too I just looked at nine and can’t access my account, hopefully it will be sorted soon

Looks like it down again, 2.12pm 9th October

It is VERY Sick …Question is did the 504 timeout before or after i completed paying for my order…Thank goodness it was not an order from one of my customers.
As I had actually finished the order process and had pressed to complete / confirm payment via Paypal… but purchase not showing and payment not showing in Paypal. !!!
Maybe safer to go to the sellers own website and order from there.

Mine is back on now Joy

Maybe ‘on’ but it isn’t right, painfully slow.
As a ‘customer’ who is not sure if the order I think I placed has gone through or not … I will leave it …and maybe return to try again in a few days…

It was so slow that I kept getting the “time out” message and then it wouldn’t let me sign in…very slow…got on eventually but had to make many attempts x

Just keep getting this message

This website is under heavy load

We’re sorry, too many people are accessing this website at the same time. We’re working on this problem. Please try again later.

I worry how many customers will be give up and look elsewhere.

Well I have !!
It would be handy if a ‘note’ could be displayed somewhere on social media or on the site at attempts to access it when it is down so customers know not try and proably fail.

I must admit I would try a couple of time then go elsewhere

It’s not beyond the wit of man to add a quick banner to SM pages at times like this to say the site is stressed and better to try later .
I’ve always found that when you have a problem it is far better to admit it / communicate the problem so people know what is going on rather than ignoring it in the hope nobody will notice.

Hopefully everything is sorted now, hope your order went through ok Joy

I risked it an hour ago as it seemed to be at normal speed and yes I have now ordered two of these as stocking fillers for my daughters.
'Christmas Tree' Christmas Decoration - Folksy from @ Original Kiln-fired Enamelled Jewellery
.I did a little one on one enamelling course with Christine earlier in the year, a gift from my daughters, and it was great fun.

I would show you the photo but it is of course downloaded from the Folksy shop as .avif and this forum will not let me upload it as it is an.avif file

For the forums, Joy, you can right click on the image, Copy Image Link and paste the link here and the picture shows.
That’s if you are on a pc.

And on my phone i just held down on the image, did Copy Image and came here and did Paste.

No problem

IMHO having a shop should be simple, interaction with social media the same. The whole point of a shop on a platform is we should not have photo transfer problems etc, using third party apps and more. The headache should be removed otherwise may s well go it alone.

Pleased it is working and you placed your order, they are lovely Joy,
