Hi - I’ve had a sale on one of my items and wanted to adjust the price again. However, the ‘clear sale price’ button is unresponsive, so I’m unable to clear the sale price and enter a new price.
What’s more, this is also affecting my other listings, and also a new listing of mine. The price field is occupied by the ‘clear sale price’ button on all my listings, and also on the new listing. So I’m unable to set prices on anything.
Has anyone else encountered this? It seems like a bug to me.
This is happening in Google Chrome. I’ve tried Microsoft Edge and the problem is resolved. So, guessing some code is broken in Chrome.
When you say the clear sale price is occupying the price field, do you mean you’re not seeing a box to enter either the normal price or the sale price, but are only seeing the button for “clear sale price”?
This is a problem we’ve seen with people who have a DuckDuckGo security plugin installed on their browser. If you go to your Chrome settings to see if you have it, and disable it if so, hopefully that should solve it.
If Microsoft Edge is working without a problem, it’s likely it’s installed on Chrome but not on Edge.
Hi - yes, that’s correct, there’s no price field at all. I do have Duckduckgo, so that explains it!
