When we were talking about where our shop names came from recently I was looking for this photo. It popped up as a memory on Facebook today. This is me with my sister, cousin, mum, aunt and nan. We were all in red white and blue for Charles and Diana’s wedding (I’m in the navy dress). We went to my nan’s house Aquila because she had a colour TV.

We’ve been feeling similar here! Sticking with the few fairs we know we do well at and focusing more online, with a slight down scale of what I currently do and a partial rebrand to something totally different and much more sustainable. It’s been okay but definitely super quiet, 2023 was probably our best end of the year fair seasom/xmas season since starting in March 2022!

Royal mail been awful. Posted a parcel on the 2nd , left the place on 3rd, was delifered on 5th at “collection point”… no collection point was chosen.. I wrote an address and mum took it to tje post office cos had no time for the printers faff.. so no email or text possible for her to habe received a collection notification, poor customer emailed me 2 days ago to ask when to expect delivery!! 
fedup with all the post people now, I feel so bad for her because this was probably a Christmas gift for someone and now it’s missing God knows where. U dont rven hsve a blank mug yo do a replacement, sold oit everywhere too. I replied to her with what I could find out but had nothing back, will be finding out more from the Post Office tomorrow hopefully..! Really hope I can sort this out for her

Good morning everyone.
Thank goodness it’s much calmer out there this morning, what a day and what a scary experience, I’m just so grateful for the speed they managed to sort everything and get the power back on. I hope everyone else is ok.
We still haven’t put our decorations up, my back is playing up and I’m not prepared to let David decorate the tree as he’ll put everything in the wrong place
