Change shop banner

Hi, I don’t know if this is the right place for this topic (sorry but I’m still trying to understand how it works). I would like to change the banner of my shop, I have tried many options, but I can’t, I saw that some of you managed to change it, how did you do it? Thank you

Hi Marco, you go to Shop Appearance, and then you need to click on the banner picture that is already there, and the dialogue box will open for you to find your picture. Your picture will 978x200 and also I think it needs to jpg.

Go to your shop, clic, on Dashboard in the drop down menu

Sorry to jump in on this old thread but I have started a shop today and if I go to Dashboard the option for Shop Appearance is not there. Is it only available when paying monthly?

It’s there for me, and I am not on Folksy plus.

Scroll down the dashboard to Shop Settings subtitle, under there should be Shop Appearance:

This is what it looks like on a PC - if you are on a phone it may look slightly different.
