Hi, I was testing the contact seller option on my account today, when my friend tried it it kept asking for them to log in/sign up. Do I need to do something on my account?
Is there a way that a potential buyer can contact me without signing up, as I know sometimes people don’t want to join as it may be a one off purchase.
You do need to be signed in to use the contact me button… this I am pretty sure is to prevent people sending us lots of spam.
You have social media so if someone is desperate to contact you then they can always message you via one of your social media links. I’ve been here 11 years and am not aware of anything so urgent that a customer has not managed to contact me if they need to…I do have my phone number at the bottom of my shop page and have had enquiries on that number.
