Isn’t it lovely when a customer takes the time to email you with a thank you message. Makes you feel it is all worthwhile after all.
I was really thrilled to receive this lovely comment over the weekend: -
'Thank you so much for the peg bag -it is gorgeous and obviously made with love!'
I thought it would be nice to hear other comments, sellers had received.

I agree, I love to leave feedback. Here’s one of mine from another Folksy seller.

It’s lovely to hear positive comments.
A customer recently asked me to create a custom order for her. Her feedback was lovely:
"Absolutely delighted with the card Sara. Thank you so much for the perfect personalization"
It made my day!

I’ve had non registered customers email saying how the item was even better than the pictures.

I got this e-mail a few days ago and thought it was really lovely:

Sorry this is belated, thank you very much for the cushions. They are really lovely, bought on whim one night but look really good on the sofa in the holiday cottage we run. I mustnt have logged in when I bought them so cant leave feedback - sorry :frowning:

My phone has just whistled at me with an email from a customer
’Thanks for the speedy delivery, love the cuff, it fits perfectly’
I shall return to my bench with a smile on my face but wishing that non registered customers could leave feedback.

If I love an item I have bought I always e mail a thank you as I know how amazing it makes you feel to know your products are appreciated.
