Good morning all. I’m earlier today as we were due to have new windows fitted from today so I got up earlier than usual but Brian just looked at his phone and he had a text from the window fitter last night to say that his previous job had overrun a little and he would now start ours tomorrow.

Good morning everyone. Definitely cooler today and all the better for it. Billy and I have had a beautiful walk up the hill which has just set me up for the day.
Larder cleaning day 2 - made great progress yesterday and managed to do two extra kitchen draws not in the plan.

I’m sitting outside the minor injuries unit at the moment - eldest son did something to his wrist at the gym yesterday and is having it looked at. Hopefully not broken - they think probably a sprain but waiting for final verdict.
I was struggling to fit blinds in the heat yesterday - it was so overpowering - much more comfortable today. Also had another viewing on our house - hopefully someone will feel like making an offer soon!
