Emma @QuirkyOwlStudio …I’d buy you a whole gateau…lol…all this stuff is becoming scary to an oldie like me. As soon as I learn something, it changes and there is something new…and there was me worrying about how I was going to be able to do my Tesco order and get food …lol…( and cake)… One of the most difficult things is that there is no one to show me how to do all this stuff…xxx

Brenda @teabreaks, I wouldn’t worry about it too much, I have only this year stopped using a computer with XP on it and another with Windows 7, you should e okay for a few years yet :+1: :wink:

Morning everyone, woken up by our guest furball this morning but he snuggled back down on the sofa so had a little extra shut eye. Meeting up with a friend later, been a while and it’s been a bit of a year for both of us so will be good to set the world to rights.

2 sales to report @SueTrevor (total of 4 now) , all packaged up and ready to pop in the post box.

A relist from me today;

Morning all, it’s gloriously sunny here today. Can’t decide whether to clean the house (the shame of the sunbeams hitting the dust) or tidy up the garden. Who am I kidding - I’ll probably go for a walk and have lunch at a cafe…

Merry Christmas to those shutting up shop this weekend, and wishing good sales to those still open. I usually keep the shop up as long as I can, and this year I have loads of stock I made for the big Xmas Event I couldn’t get to in the storm, so I have stuff ready made!

I usually post T24 which is pretty reliable (with a Special Delivery upgrade option) and I shift to Special Delivery closer to the 25th - I just edit the postage costs to include the extra. Plus I have gift voucher options for the really last minute shoppers looking on Xmas Eve :laughing:.

On that note, inspired by Nikki @GlintBeads ā€œNot To Lateā€ board, I’m thinking of doing some boards over the weekend - I never seem to get time on Fridays. So if you are likely to be still taking orders next week, tag me and I’ll include one of your items.

Today’s listing - a little fabric hoop Christmas decoration for romantics!

Have a wonderful Christmas, Corinne - my crackers & hats arrived safe and sound, they’re perfect. I love the cracker design, they may not ā€˜pop’ but they certainly do ā€˜crackle’, brilliant! :christmas_tree:

I’d caution on using the maker name on your listing Holly due to copyright - lots to learn when you are just setting up :slight_smile:

Just looking at renewing my insurance (I don’t do craft fairs or have people visit my house, I do ship to USA so need cover for that)
Can I ask what sort of level of cover people have?
Is £5,000,000 enough?

Ooh thank you, it isn’t a Stanley itself but is a dupe that’s unbranded, thanks for the heads up I’ll edit it anyways !

Brenda @teabreaks there is a charity called Ability Net who have volunteers who help people who are struggling with technology set it up and use it etc. They might have someone in your area. This is the link for them, hopefully I’m allowed to post it.
