Hi All
When oh when will summer begin? It’s midsummers day this week and absolutely no sign of good weather approaching .Like many of you - the heating and a good jumper are being deployed. I just don’t feel like doing anything at all .
Anyway here is my listing for today …
Sorry to be MIA. Terrible migraines this week! A bit better today. Just in time to do a proper Sunday dinner for husband for Father’s Day.
Today my listing is a cute little baby boho cardigan.
The summer rain has been good for something we are having a bumper crop of good sized strawberries we have been picking alternate days for a week these are today’s
I’ve done a mini shop-drop of a limited number of tags I don’t usually offer these for sale, but I’ve had quite a few requests, so here goes…
That’s so cute @ButterflyThistleCreativeCrafts , I’d wear that myself! Migraines are the worst, I hope that’s them wearing off now.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend x

Hello,
Sunshine and showers here. Lovely and warm when the sun appears, just wish it would stay a bit longer. Going to visit the dads this afternoon.
Happy dancing for your sales Georgina @GeorginaCrawfordArt
I finished off this fairy last night - she’d been waiting for her wings and wand since January, poor girl.
Well done Sarah @dotterypottery I’ll add them to the tally
Hello
Here is a necklace from me, available in a choice of two colours
Afternoon all. We’ve had torrential rain and bright sunshine today. It’s too windy to coax me out for some gardening so I’m trying to get sorted for a summer fair next weekend.
A large mixing bowl cover from me today.
Miserable weather here too, glad I got the hedge cut yesterday, it was getting embarrassing!
Hi Everyone,
I have a (very) big birthday next month and am being nagged to decide what I want for presents. Husband is paying for the lovely Jo @jopetportraits to do a portrait of my gorgeous cat Skimble, whom we lost a couple of years ago, as my main present. Then another friend is being commissioned to refurbish some old wooden chairs which I rescued from the family loft. They are very battered and misused but originally came via my great-grandparents and I am pretty sure that they are Edwardian penny chairs - over 100 years old. Does anyone happen to know someone (or are any of you seamstresses interested) who would be willing to make me some bistro-style cushion covers for the seats? I’d much rather commission someone from Folksy than from elsewhere. Sorry - this probably isn’t the right place to ask - but you are all such nice people …
Anyway - down to business. Some new earrings which I listed last night.
you must show us the cat portrait when it is done Jane @Beadseedz …Jo @jopetportraits is extremely talented and I am sure we would all love to see it… ( for your 21st of course!)
But of course ![]()
Thank you @caledoniankeepsakes and @aquilacrafts for your advice a few days ago (regarding using an already listed item on this thread). Sorry for the late reply. I’ve just got back from a lovely Hen-do for a close friend and has a great time.
Means I’m a bit behind on
listings here. Will get to it shortly ![]()
I’m really looking forward to drawing Skimble for you Jane. Not long to wait now. xx
Aww thank you Brenda.
that’s so nice of you to say. I did draw Colin’s special girl (For Jane’s hubby’s ‘21st’) and I’m really looking forward to drawing Jane’s special kitty too. xx Can I just say I’m so missing joining in with the daily challenge but I just can’t commit to it at the moment.
