Lovely to see you again Carrie - that pendant is beautiful
Thanks Mel , and thanks for hosting the thread this month!
Morning all. I’m joining you for November and hoping to drum up some sales. The Shop Early event didn’t do it for me.
I too haven’t had a Folksy bill, not that it’s much over £2
Today some little gift bags from me.
Morning Everyone and a Happy Nov the first,
Thanks Alison @FluffStuffCrafts for your help getting going in October and Mel @aquilacrafts I hope to report my first sale under your hosting.
With my listings it’s been pointed out before that my links to the item do not show a picture and that’s what I’m seeing. I have copied the ULR from the browser on the item shop page, are you seeing a picture of the item I post? If not any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
Today’s is a relist,
Hi Nic, no picture. Are you leaving a gap between your text and the url? If not that could be the problem so just put a hard return after your text before you add the url and see if that works.
Thanks Hilary @kokoblue I’ll try that tomorrow. I have been putting it in a separate ‘reply’ not sure if that worked? There must be a market somewhere for someone to open a business to help numpties like me through these ‘simple’ issues without having to use ‘marketers’ who charge an arm and a leg.
Hi Everyone,
Happy November! here is a good luck keyring, let’s hope it brings lots of sales for everyone…
Thanks for looking after us last month, Alison @FluffStuffCrafts and thanks, Mel @aquilacrafts for whipping us into shape this month.
We’re all going to have a great sales month, I can feel it in my water…
A Christmassy abstract holly card for today…
I was exactly the same as you when I started, not a clue about anything techy, only slightly better now
Hi Mel @aquilacrafts , thanks so much for being our host for his month’s thread. And thanks too to Alison @FluffStuffCrafts for last month.
As part of my sewing room clear up (because sewing machine is still not fixed ), today I am re-listing some gorgeous vintage nursery rhyme fabric - The old Woman Who Lives in a Shoe
I look forward to seeing everyone’s gorgeous new makes as we run up to Christmas, and hope we all have dancing for lots of sales.
Urgh, Folksy has thrown me out and is not recognising me. It does this every now and again, forcing me to change password. Anyone else have the same problem?
I’ll reset the password when I’m back home - prefer to do on the laptop. I’ll catch up with likes etc then.
Thanks for looking after us this month Mel @aquilacrafts lets hope we keep you busy. Thanks for looking after us last month Alison @FluffStuffCrafts
Hoping we all get some good sales this month
I dont think I have shown this one before
Nic… . @NicHarman …there are several different ways to show your items…and like you I am hopeless with techie stuff…but I am sure others will give you various ways…and it depends on what device you are using too…I am sure you can sort it out xx
Morning all.
Son has managed to a workaround for me, until he has the time to do a complete reinstall. Technology is my nightmare, doesn’t do anything for my stress levels.
Thank you Alison @FluffStuffCrafts for being mum last month, and thank you Mel @aquilacrafts for doing in the honours this month.
A relist from me
