Morning all, it’s good to be back on the challenge thread.
Hubby has just left for his last radiotherapy appointment and then he has a few weeks before he sees the consultant to discuss what’s next. It’s certainly made him feel pretty yuk so he needs a break.

Happy November Everyone. I’m back, its been a few months since I participated with you guys, although I have tried to catch up with you all each month reading through your comments. For me sales are slow so I’m hoping for a boost before Christmas. We have an Antique shop, but sales are slow there as well and footfall is not what it used to be, but we keep plodding along. I did loose my Mojo a bit in the summer, have a few new items added. Not sure after Christmas to keep going with Folksy or hope that things pick up and put my items in our shop. we will see.
Lets hope we all have good sales for Christmas. Enough of me going on .

Here’s a tutorial on how to create a large clickable photo on your posts Nic @NicHarman. I’m not sure if people like this way of doing it on here anymore though because it doesn’t open in a new tab and you have to press the back button to go back to the daily listing club.
It’s a nice option though, if you want to post in any of the showcase thread because it shows a nice clear image of your product.

Also for those of you worrying about slow or lack of sales, I’ve seen quite a few posts on ‘Threads’ from small businesses in the USA saying quite similar things. They are blaming it on election uncertainty. It feels like a worldwide phenomenom at the moment, where people are not treating themselves to the little extras that they would have before. We just have to ride it out!
I’m looking forward to a resurgence in seeing the value of the entrepeneur or small business owners (think it got a bit tired - I blame Alan Sugar) - I feel I could rock a big pair of shoulder pads!
