Email saying I've had some shop activity but I havent?

I just got an email saying ‘there’s been some activity in your shop’ then I clicked on the website link and it says ‘There are no events to show for the last 30 days’

Am I missing something?

It looks like there’s a bug in the system which we think is affecting the events page. Doug is going to investigate. Sorry for the confusion.

I had the same thing too…checked and I hadn’t had any visitors today!

I had that too in my other shop, had a sale in this shop but no notification camilla @folksycontent

Maybe this is part of a devilish plan to make us all like each other’s stuff…

Can I check, when you say no notification do you mean no notification email or no notification in the shop activity feed Jacqueline?

Hi Camilla no i didn’t i thought / hope it would right it’s self, or there had been a bug that was being sorted, it only happened on the last sale so if it happens on the next i will report to Support :slight_smile: thank you for your replies x
