Customer questions and notifications

Hi all. Just asking if when a potential customer reaches out to to ask something, are you meant to get a notification in your shop page or anything? Just seen a 2 day old email when logged into outlook but have had nothing on my shop page itself.

No I don’t think you do get a notification, The same things happened to me, so just make sure I check my emails a few times a day.

No you only get an email, Folksy changed it quite a while ago so nothing shows up in Folksy itself.
