Notifications

Please excuse me if this has been asked previously but fk we have to check manually for notifications. I discovered by accident this morning that some of my items had been ‘liked’ but I’ve had no notification about this. Is that normal or do I need to alter my settings somewhere?

I get an email from Folksy every Monday telling me ‘there’s been some activity in your shop’ (if there has been some over the previous week) This then indicates whether my shop or any item has been favourited and who by. If you’re not getting this, then perhaps check your Spam folder in case these emails are not reaching you.

Hi Cabin craft,
You will find that you will get an email telling you that there has been some activity in your shop but it is not an instant notification , it can be days afterwards, as apposed to when you are notified of a sale that will be instant.

Apart from the weekly email, the only other way to check is to go into your dashboard and click on “shop activity” on the left hand side. That will show you all the people who have favourited your items or followed your shop in the last 7 days. It will also show any items that Folksy have added to gift guides or Folksy Favourites.
