I am getting the following error message when I click on an item on the home page in Folksy ‘favourite finds’. I am using Firefox.

We’re sorry, but something went wrong.

We’ve been notified about this issue and we’ll take a look at it shortly.

The Phusion Passenger application server encountered an error while starting your web application. Because you are running this web application in staging or production mode, the details of the error have been omitted from this web page for security reasons.

Hi Julia - I have had this too whilst collecting information for shops I am promoting. I emailed @Folksyadmin earlier on to let them know :slight_smile:

It seems to be a site problem rather than user specific - I just keep refreshing the pages that aren’t working and eventually they seem to work.
Hopefully Folksy will fix it soon!

Thanks for your replies! I will try refreshing them to see if that helps. I am sure Folksy will be on to fixing it as we speak!

Yes mine’s been like it all morning but seems to be working ok now.

This was just posted by Folksy over on the clubhouse “Folksy Sorry everyone! It should be back up again now. Let us know if you have any more problems. Eek!”

One of our servers went down - huge apologies! As @thedotterypotter says, it should all be working again now. Sorry!
