Is there a problem with the server

I’m having massive problems with Folksy online and the app. Is anyone else having issues?

The app won’t let me list anything. It comes up with an error message.

Online, I’m trying to favourite everyone’s listing and I keep getting a ‘something went wrong try again later message’

My shop has been showing as empty since late last night even though I have 194 listings for sale!

Hopefully they’ll have it fixed soon.

I also have this anomaly.

This is showing as the main photo for this listing

But that photo isn’t even on the listing! It’s one I deleted when copying the listing.

I have emailed support.

I’ve had a reply from support and they have acknowledged there’s a site problem.

My shop has said that it’s empty. I have well over 60 items in it so my blood pressure has gone through the roof. Is anyone else having that problem?

Me too. I shudder to think how long it will take to relist everything if the data is lost, so here’s hoping!

I can’t see it being lost as they still show on the dashboard as available (well mine do anyway)

We are currently seeing some issues related to actions taken today/last night, such as shops appearing empty and item updates not being reflected throughout the site (for example items with the theme tag recently added not appearing in theme of the day). We’re urgently looking into this and will update once we know more.

The error when listing on the app is a separate issue, but is also something the team will be looking into.

I am still getting the error 400 message when I try to search for an item and then cannot click on it to view it or even go to their shop…this has been happening for months now.
So I can’t search and then buy anything…

Apologies for the issues experienced today, our engineer has urgently been looking into this and we’ve released a fix now. We think this should have resolved the problems reported, but if anyone is still experiencing issues with items not displaying as expected, please can you email support@folksy.co.uk to let us know.

We recently made some updates to our database and unfortunately this resulted in a bug which affected item indexing. We got our engineer on this as soon as we were made aware of the issues.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused while some shops were shown as empty and some items not displaying everywhere they should.

Please remember if you notice major issues with the site, it is best to use the urgent@folksy.co.uk address to ensure we’re notified as quickly as possible.
For issues which may not be as urgent, it’s best to email support - support@folksy.co.uk.

Messages on the forum, Clubhouse or to socials are not checked as regularly and can sometimes be missed, so may delay how quickly we can resolve the issue.

I tried it once before but once I clicked on the knitting needle things ( lol) I got stuck with what to do from there.

I’ve had that issue with the theme tag happening sometimes for over a month now. I haven’t been on the ball with things lately as I’m busy making sure everything is in place for my son to go off to Uni next week, but a couple of times I’ve looked in and noticed that my items that I expected to see in theme of the day wasn’t there. Sometimes it was a tag for a colour, like Ruby or Emerald or chocolate etc that wasn’t picked up, so not always in the main tag section.

The ones not showing yesterday were related to the issue that only just started with our recent database update, so we wouldn’t expect ones from a month ago to be the same problem.

If you notice it happen again, please send support an email with links to the items that should be showing that aren’t, so we can look into what might be causing the problem (and just to be sure - we expect a short delay after you first tag an item before it appears in the theme page).

Most of them were items that already had those tags for a while because it is a colour, a material or whatever and I generally view the tags for the month as soon as they are available and tag all the items for the next month at that time, before we even hit the 1st day of that month.

It’s still playing up tonight.
