Just about to set off on a walk with my boys - aged 11 and 15. The teen is very unhappy about us doing this uncool thing which he says his friends don’t have to do!

Morning all,
Just a quick new listing as I’m off to the hospital with hubby. He’s having a small procedure done for a BCC where they remove some skin which is infected. Not too serious as he’s had numerous ones off before now but it will probably mean a few hours at the hospital.
A last mother’s Day listing but it is ready to be posted now…

@SueTrevor It’s expensive because it’s all handmade beads. I usually just do 5 beads on a cord so it doesn’t take as long to make.

Oooooo another cold one today just wished it was sunnier. Still done bit of shopping and some gardening, so day well spent so far.
Lemon cake in oven soon for son (his favourite) and a mushroom and asparagus quiche for us mmmmmm

Hiya all!
Sorry I’ve been AWOL! Many thanks for further birthday wishes for Cameron, he enjoyed his day, even though he was still a late night at college. We Took my mam and sis,her oh and two nephews to Pizza Hut, bless him he was more worried how much it was going to cost us to pay for everyone! I told him to stop worrying about money plenty of time to worry about that!
His biker jacket arrived on the day, really good timing😄 He loved it. We filled a gift bag with bits and pieces…pjs,jeans,aftershave…and of course plenty of choc! And some money in his card. So all in all he’s done well.
His dad and uncle is taking him for a game of Poole and his first pint on Monday night, he said he does want to try it, and just wants to go somewhere quiet, but he’s not got any interest in going to pubs and alcohol. He’s not tried any type of alcohol yet, not a bad thing .
How times have changed we couldn’t wait to be 18 and not have that worry of been asked if you were under age😜
I’ll try and post a pic of him in his new jacket but here’s a one of him at 16, with his hobbit for a mam! A few years ago on top of the Wallace monument
