Facebook Adverts becoming more difficult

I don’t know if it’s just me or if others have noticed that Facebook promotions has become more expensive and more difficult to use. The number of characters they allow has reduced and at the same time the price seems to have gone up. I recently completed a survey from Facebook and gave them some (what they might consider) negative feedback - so maybe this is just a coincidence or maybe they have singled me out! I also find the interface for creating the posts to be extremely hard work and not at all intuitive. I’m a little concerned about these changes as Facebook is my biggest source of customers and I would hope to run several promotions in the coming months as the Festive season approaches. Would be interested if anyobne else who uses Facebook has experienced similar issues.

Same here, I use Facebook advertising- or should I say I used to. All these companies Facebook Twitter Instagram etc, are all about racking in the cash. I actually stopped my last advert as it was getting nowhere. I would rather spend the money on Google advertising at least you can track where your adverts are going instead of Facebook which just promises so many likes for a certain amount of money. I understand (but don’t necessarily agree) they have share holders to keep happy but they prey on small businesses without giving them any incentives or encouragement. They just give you less and want more in return.
