I have visited a couple of other shops this morning and wanted to check out their feedback but I keep getting an error message saying ’ We couldn’t find what you are looking for’ when I click to view the feedback. I then checked a few more shops and it seems to be the same error…
Is there a problem @Folksyadmin ?
Folksy support are aware as I emailed them on 23 July. They said they would ask their engineer to look at it that day. I was beginning to think it was just me getting ‘We couldn’t find what you were looking for’ page as it has been a couple of weeks now. Hopefully it hasn’t put off any customers.
Let’s hope not, customers are a bit thin on the ground for me at the moment as it is!

@dougfolksy Any luck in resolving this issue too please? The problem arises when trying to click on the ‘view’ link to read individual feedback comments. Thanks.
Hi @KBCreations - wondering if you are still having problems with this still? It is still not working for me or my friends despite chasing FolksySupport twice.
Their last reply on 15 August was… “Ah! Yes I see it! It’s an issue with the mobile view - thanks very much! I’ll pass that onto Doug and I’ll get back to you ASAP”. That was 2 weeks ago…
Does anyone else have this issue? As I view Folksy either on my mobile or iPad I can’t read any individual feedback in anyone’s shop so it has put me off buying things.
I’ve just looked at both of your feedback, and it’s all there, I use Firefox.

I can see people’s feedback summary, which is a single-liner for each one.
But when I click on ‘View’ , expecting to see the un-abbreviated Comment, it actually tries to do ‘View order Details’ And because you don’t want any random person seeing all the order details with names and addresses etc (which is what it shows me when I’m logged in and try the same thing on my own shop), it says it can’t find the page instead. Which seems a sensible approach.
So it seems to me that the ‘View’ link ought to be ‘View full feedback’ rather than ‘View order details’ - maybe the same as for ‘View order’ but without the sensitive stuff?
Thoughts @Folksyadmin? @dougfolksy?

I’m on a PC and have tried Chrome and IE and I cannot get to view the details of feedback from any shop I have tried…I can get the summery page but when you click to ‘view details’ it says ‘page not found’…
It only says that for feedback on your own page, not for other shops @HelenCliffordArt
That is exactly like me.
For other people’s shops I can see the list, but get ‘page not found’ when I click ‘View’.
For my shop, I can see the list, and get all the order details when I click ‘View’.
I emailed Folksy Support again for an update on this issue as it is almost 7 weeks since notifying them.
Their response was ‘sorry for taking a while to get this fixed. Our engineer has prioritised this for next week so hopefully it will be resolved very soon’. So fingers crossed…
Oh I see what you mean. Yes I see my own full order feedback when I hit view but on other people’s I get page not found. I presume therefore potential customers of mine get the not found too.
I can see your feedback, I use firefox on my home computer.
Thinking about it when viewing someone else’s feedback surely what you see as the one liners is all that you need to see. What more do you expect when you hit the view button anyway.
Seems to me all that is wrong is that View buttons should not be there when looking at someone else’s feedback , only when looking at your own so you can get back to the order it relates too.

Marg, thanks. I understand that the issue is only related to viewing a shop with a mobile device only.
Joy, yes, I and other potential customers cannot view your individual feedback if viewing on a mobile device. Just to clarify, using my mobile, I can only see a few words on each comment and not the full sentence. For example, on one of yours I can only see these words ‘This Little Dish Is So So B…’.
When I click on the ‘view’ button to see the rest of the comment and what the ‘B’ refers to I get the Folksy ‘We couldn’t find what you are looking for’ page.
That’s what I think, Joy - only the one-liners are truncated, so could be given a bit more room.

Thanks. Worth letting Folksy support know as in an earlier email that have said that it is an issue with the mobile view.
Just checked my little Dish BB feedback on my laptop as not signed in and that is all I see as well so not just a mobile problem.
