Just tried via Bob’s tablet and therefore his FB account . Same needs me to sign in .
Need asleep. Knee says the k you
Will look on laptop when I’ve made dinner.
Tried to set caravan on fire last night by leaving cling film box at the bottom back of the gas oven . Realise now there’s no light on there which is why I missed it.
Wish me luck with cooking tonight
Ps must buy some more cling film
PPS phew. No fire this time.
I can see you already enjoyed a nice dinner, so just try to stay safe for the rest of the night, so you can buy more cling film tomorrow
To be fair to myself (as I did kick myself quite hard yestersay) in 20 years of motorhoming we have Always had a light in the oven and the cling film has always, without a problem. been stored in there.
Clng film has a new storage space …or it will when I get some… And I will Always now point a torch into the very back of that oven before lighting it.
Pam I’m on my laptop and yes it all links fine.
BUT on my phone, and I got a friend to try it too on theirs, all I get is the Facebook screen to say I need to sign on… which I obviously don’t.
I can’t explain it except to say it is something to do with the mobile and non mobile versions of facebook and the error screen I get on the facebook sign in screen has a url with the m.facebook prefix.and is to the Log into Facebook screen
Maybe you can get someone at your end to try it from a phone or tablet as if I am not being silly (and my phone says i am not) there is something odd about your link … and as the majority of shoppers now use mobiles not laptops you probably need to fix it… but goodness knows how as i can’t work out what is happening.
I have tried 10 other Folksy shops from the front page who have FB links, using my phone and they all went through to their page. Just yours which doesnt. ???
@folksycontent any idea… Totally puzzling me and I don’t like unresolved puzzles not in my nature
It does go through about 3 displays, flashing so fast I cant quite see where it goes, to get to the facebook page proper after i click the FB link on anyone’s shop front including my own but on Pam’s it stops at the first.sign on… and doesnt go any further.
PS completely forgotten now why I was looking on Pam’s FB page in the first place
It goes to my page on my phone and tablet, so I don’t know what the problem is joy. Never mind, hope knees better soon.
@MuddMade Yes, as long as you haven’t signed up to Plus before.
Ah thank you for answering me Kim @konyskiw
No I haven’t signed up to the plus before, and realise I am too late now for that particular offer, which is a shame as if I’d have known - my thinking was it was just for completely new sellers - I think I would have taken it up.
The maths don’t quite add up usually for me sadly on listings and sales, but as I am seeing a lot more of other benefits now just for the plus members (early Christmas event, the help webinars etc) it probably would have been worth me trying for a year at that offer.
