Morning, I am finally covid negative (yayy). I am in the group that is classed as extremely vulnerable and had to have the anti virals. I’m not sure which made me worse the anti virals or covid lol. It was all very fast though, I took a PCR test and got the results back in 12 hours and had the anti virals an hour later.

Hoping all those with Covid get better soon and aren’t too poorly. There seems to be quite a lot of it about down here in the South East quite a few of my yoga students have it.
Spending the afternoon getting ready for a craft fair on Sunday in Tunbridge Wells, fingers crossed lots of customers.
