Morning all. Hope you feel better soon Jennie @CrochetandI - vertigo is scary.
The heating is now off for the summer and ticking over just for the hot water (we’ve got enough oil to last well into autumn thank goodness, I just hope oil prices don’t rocket up in the meantime - it’s a real gamble having oil heating you never know how much it’s going to cost per litre).

Good morning all I agree with those of you who are cold, I’m freezing here. To make matters worse I got up in the night to go to the bathroom and, being half asleep still, I didn’t notice my foot had gone to sleep. When I stepped on it it buckled under me and is now the size of a ball and very painful to walk on. I don’t think it’s broken just sprained. It is so difficult getting around though with my ankle with CRPS and now this.

Thank you all for your kind messages, this is such a kind and caring community.
I’ve been to see the doctor and I’ve got a severe case of vertical vertigo which can be linked to strokes. She is confident it’s just the vertigo after doing exercise tests. I now have 2 lots of tablets which aren’t guaranteed to help and exercises to help rebalance my ears. But not to do the exercises yet due to the severity of the dizzyness and nausea.
There is a big bruise appearing on my back from the fall but it could be worse.

Afternoon All,
Busy, busy, here today, managed to get to the gym this morning, threw myself into the shower, walked the Werewolf, off to Camberley to pick up his food order, then, he had to have a shower because he had rolled….AGAIN! He was not a happy pup, but he still hasn’t made the connection between poop-rolling and showers 
Need to make sure the house is tidy for a viewing this afternoon

The weather has turned out okay here so I decided to wash the cover of a sofa. It is now out on the line drying but I now need to clean the rest of the room (not a favourite job).
