Morning. I’m tentatively stepping back into the thread again; it’s a difficult time with the death of my sister in law on Sunday. She was only in her late fifties and it was a shockingly short illness. If I bob in and out, you’ll know why. As in previous sad times in my life, I know that sewing and making will help in calming the mind, as will seeing the lovely makes in this group. I’ll post a heart today, to represent family love.

Winter has begun. The weather in MOK is atrocious. It’s barely daylight! The plumber and joiner are having a mare with our broken ensuite. What usually takes them a few days is going to take more than a week. I almost think it was fortuitous to have had the leak, to get all of the bodges fixed Popping back in a bit with a listing.
