Gloriously sunny, warm day in my bit of Scotland. Had a beach walk then cracked on with my big commission piece - just want to see the back of it now. I’ve so many things I want to create for me, but feel that I can’t until this is out of the way (for the second time).
Then cut the grass and changed our bedding. Pooped now and having a glass of wine.

Apricots and mushrooms are also potassium rich apparently, so should help with cramp (which also drives me nuts at night!)
