All loved to here. A quick relist some of you may not have seen, before we go off to visit my sister for the first time in over a month as first the care home was under quarantine with a scabies outbreak, and then Francis and I got covid.

Afternoon all.

Thanks for the further well-wishes and enquiries about how I’ve been doing. I’m in a lot less pain than I was - just a bit sore now. The medication has been knocking me about a bit. I felt quite nauseous yesterday morning but that wore off and hasn’t happened today. Unfortunately, the antibiotics have given me a very bad stomach - as these things often do. I decided to just have a quiet day yesterday.

I’m all caught up now but can’t remember news - except for one piece. So sorry to hear your health issues mean that you have to leave us Pamela @PamelaWestDesigns. I shall miss seeing your lovely art on the thread. I hope that your heath improves and that, maybe in time, you might feel well enough to come back to us.

I managed to prepare a listing this morning for one of my backlog of unlisted items

faved to here
I found another huge bag of crochet and it really IS daft not to list it, so I will be adding more to my shop in the coming weeks. I even found some lady’s jackets…They are no good sitting in a drawer. I also need something to do in the evenings, as it is difficult to paint in bad light in the winter,So I shall paint during the day and crochet in the evenings.
SOMETHING has to keep me out of mischief. Being a widow now, I need to try to suppliment
my pension…I have already gotten rid of the car and no holidays for the last 4 years and am horrified that my usual staple diet of biscuits has doubled in price in Tesco…dreadful…
SO…I shall be listing a mix of paintings, cards and crochet in the future.
This baby cardigan is now listed…I am trying to keep the prices as low as possible to try to attract sales.

Afternoon all,
Storms raged for much of the night here, so I didn’t get to sleep until around the time your faulty alarm clock was waking you up, Caroline @Caroleecrafts - consequently I’m feeling a bit dozy today.
Has been battering down too, Monsoon weather, and there is a river where the road used to be.
Glad to hear you are starting to recover, Helen @PocketfulCreations.
Love the hair, Zuz @knotsoneat (and the pendant).

Caroline, @Caroleecrafts …that is dreadful… Kelly likes coffee mate and we buy it in bulk from Amazon…they even have different flavours. We also buy her cappuccino in huge tins…cheaper in bulk…
I might have to resort to doing my own cooked biscuits at this rate…probably poison myself ha ha

I have 4 brand new faux fur pom poms by heavan hooked crochet, I’m not going to use them, and thought someone in the group might like them and be able to use them.
