Morning all, it’s very dull and quiet here, must be the lull before the storm.
I had a lovely surprise yesterday, my sister sent me a very early birthday present, our joint birthday is not until the end of April. It’s a daylight lamp for photography items, I can’t wait to try it out!

Thanks everyone for the congrats on my daughter’ house, she is still super excited. I’ve caught up on sleep (according to my Fitbit I had 11 hours last night 
) so hopefully I will clear headed enough to go through formal mortgage applications with her this weekend. I’d forgotten how quick the initial things move after an offer has been accepted.

I’m in the no-iron camp - my iron lives permanently in the sewing studio because I don’t use it for anything else . OH borrows it for a shirt when he has a meeting, but that’s only for the occasional trustee event now he’s retired.
I’ll probally do a relist later, nothing new to show (my plans to stitch in the car went awry)
Hope the storm doesn’t hit anyone too badly, it a bit grey here in S Wales but dry and calm so far…
