I’m Mel from @aquilacrafts, and I will be hosting the January thread
The rules are outlined below, but the thread regulars will help you with any difficulties - just ask!
Share your item for the day on this thread. To do this choose your item from your shop, copy the URL at the top of the page, come onto this thread and hit the blue reply button at the very bottom of the page then add some text and paste your link (Items can be a new listing or an existing/re-list, we don’t mind as long as it’s a different item each day)
Click on all of the links for everyone else’s items to take you to their shop and hit the - this gives the item a brief appearance on the front page - so more chance of getting seen ( this is the main rule for joining in ) there is a picture of what to do below.
You must be prepared to join in regularly throughout the month - missing the odd day is fine and of course joining in for part of the month is fine also, we understand not everyone can be here every single day, but please do not ‘post and run’ .
If you can promote others as well e.g. tweet, re-tweet or pin (this doesn’t have to be everyone on the thread just pick a few a day if you can) or create a #FolksyFriday collage

I have had a busy week working on new projects and starting to restock the shop.
December was not a great month for me with only a few sales amounting to about £20.
But, I am slowly growing a business, so I am fine with it. It covers my costs and gives me something to focus on besides my day job which is very stressful.
My showcase today is the first of a brooch collection I have been working on. This one has a heart brooch and card. You choose the card you want…. Valentine’s, Birthday, Mother’s Day or blank.
Makes for a lovely combo gift and card all in one.

Welcome to all of the new people who I haven’t met yet.
Christmas and New Year were very quiet but enjoyable. It was just Brian, Trevor and myself on Christmas Day and then My other son Kevin and his partner Clare came on Boxing day. I am afraid that I was a bit of a wet blanket last night though as I went to bed just after 10 as I couldn’t keep my eyes open.
Today I have a new listing of a blue & white striped hooded jacket for babies and small children up to 6
Happy New Year everyone! I intend to start the New Year with some New Listings, and as the sun is shining(!) I may even manage it. I’ve loved to here - back soon!

It’s great to be back on the thread. I have a sale going on in my shop with everything reduced except ‘made to order’ items so I’m not listing anything new until that’s finished at the end of this week. Hoping to get new things made this week ready to list next week. Until then just a relist from me.
