I won’t be around much today, very excited I’m going to the beach for a fossil hunting expedition! Yay! Hubby and I actually have the same day off, so we made up some lunch and a flask and we’ll be out the door in just a second.
So my listing this morning is another photographic card, with a little hidden lady I found on a walk a few weeks ago.
And I have relisted this crocheted beanie or slouchy hat.

Just went to make a cup of coffee and found a 
in my mug 
I finally managed to get my pots done yesterday so the graden is ready for summer 
now all we need is some lovely sun lol! I have our grandson for the day today to give mammy a break so that’s my day sorted

Morning all. Still overcast here but at last the breeze is warm…
Oh! so much loveliness on the thread, all has been viewed and loved and a handful pinned every day.
Feeling poor at the moment, the bank balance has taken a battering, my tumble dryer died so a new one had to be got, and yesterday we had to have a new sewage pump fitted as the old one packed up on Tuesday, must say the firm that does this was very efficient I phoned them on Tuesday afternoon and they were here by midday yesterday.

Lynn, do you remember a time when your money went on things like new shoes and fun? Rather than sewage pumps (or, in my own case, wallpaper, screws and bracket-thingummies that we apparently need according to him indoors)? Still, a new tumble drier… you know… that’s exciting! (Well at least you can see it and pat it everyday - unlike a sewage pump)

That’s so true Sarah, to tell the truth I recently purchased 2 new pairs of shoes as well and was contemplating a couple of new pairs of jeans (think the jeans will have to wait). Quiet happy to admire and pat the tumble dryer but definitely not the sewage pump ha ha…

Lynn @erkinwald i feel your bank balance pain! Our tumble dryer and washer take turns in conking out!! They both don’t seem to last any length of time.
I don’t know about anyone else but When we were little I can’t ever remember appliances getting replaced …had the same hoover, oven, washer etc for years maybe the length of our childhood …manufacturers are obviously doing something wrong…or is that the plan?? They aren’t built to last so we do replace more often??

Tumble dryer? What’s a tumble dryer? I’m a dinosaur. I’ve never had a tumble dryer, nor a dishwasher, much to the astonishment and disapproval of my American daughter-in-law.
