What a lovely thread!
I have been delighted with every purchase I have made from Folksy sellers, but as I usually buy cards, I can’t post photos of my purchases in use, as they have been sent to various friends and relations over the years. I do still have some in my stock for birthdays coming up, but when that gets low there are lots more Folksy shops I plan to patronise, or may go back to one of these as all are to be recommended.
So far I have bought cards from:-
@PaperDaisyCardDesign
@toastyhugscards
@teabreaks
@LilacDaisy
@niceaspie
@lisaosbourneart
@HelenCliffordArt
@LisaCockrellPhotography
@elliebeanptints
@PamelaJonesArtStudio
I’m waiting for a new purchase to arrive today, which I’m sure I’ll love but, in the meantime!
Penny of @LakeandFellart made me a set of gorgeous custom drawer knobs for one of my sets of fabric drawers in my making room - so cute and a pleasure to use them every day ![]()
I also bought some other decoupaged pieces that I love to see every day - these gorgeous little trinket dishes from Sarah SarahsDecoChicCrafts on Folksy
If I bought everything that I favourited here, I’d be bankrupt ![]()
I also love my clay heart diffusers from @CatLanternStudio
Thank you Sarah ![]()
Ooh, your sausage rolls look delicious Mel @aquilacrafts - glad you are finding a use for my bowl ![]()

I have one too, they’re lovely aren’t they and so useful.
Ha ha, me too!
What a great topic Mel @aquilacrafts. I’ve bought a few things from Folksy this last month - I always look here first both for hand crafted makes and supplies/destash.
First off, I chose some fabulous inspirational gifts from Emma @QuirkyOwlStudio for my nephew who starts uni in September. I might give him the support owl when he leaves, and post the fridge magnet up a week later.
I’ve bought quite a few gift boxes from Chris @chriswyattoriginals, including some in a lovely Believe in Yourself text print, which are perfect to post little things to my nephew. and three tiny ones that I’m intending will hold buttons, pins and needles in some of my slow stitching kits.
Amanda at @OakLeafCrafting is destashing some supplies and I found a whole load of gorgeous buttons that will also go in my kits. They are all perfect, but I think my favourites are these
Then I got some lovely textile samples from Gwen at @quirkyandboho - perfect for rich Christmas themed textile projects.
My latest buy was a funny sprout themed tea towel from Lucy Reynolds (xmas pressie for madcap niece who loves sprouts). I ended up in Lucy’s shop as she was destashing some cellophane card bags - yes I did buy them too.
Earlier this year I bought this fabulous rocking chicken from Jeff Soan Wooden Creatures on Folksy
I have realised starting this thread was dangerous as I’m now seeing a lot of tempting things!!
