Folksy Gift Vouchers & Facebook

My Facebook page points to my Folksy shop.
Every now and then Facebook tells me that one of my gift voucher entries are in violation of their commerce policy – they say I can’t sell “tickets.”
In the past, I have asked for a review but of course, it comes up with the same response – no, they’re tickets.
I usually ignore now, but this time it put the two together (the hardcopy and the newer email version), so I clicked the link only to get to a page I couldn’t even review, they just weren’t there. I really don’t want to review yet again, I just want to stop them keep sending the same message - what wording can I use that they’ll accept?
I’ve not seen this come up in a forum before, does anyone else have this problem and if so, how do you get past it?
