Folksy Sellers App

The Folksy app has not worked for weeks, is it now dead? If so will delete from my apps. Shame as found it far more user friendly for listing that the main site, with the annoying pop up page each time adding a new listing.

I am managing to rearrange pictures on my listings on there but not actually make a listing.

I gave up with it a long time ago Caroline @Caroleecrafts as it was so clunky so perhaps it has died a death.

I liked it as worked so well on the iPhone. Plus easy to search for a listing if at an event and delete, rather than the website.

Wish we could be told rather than a generic message on app. Feel rather let down not being kept informed, stage one of all good customer service care: Keep customers informed.

Maybe it will be in the monthly update :rofl:

I had problems with it for a long time but when it was working I preferred it as it was easier to see the text than on our shop page, good idea I will delete it as I have no space left on my tablet. I think they need to concentrate on fixing the search facility first, it’s been 8 or 9 months and is still not up to scratch, I know they are working on it but it’s taking a long time, I have tried it a few times recently and given up which has resulted in me shopping elsewhere.

Yes I found it useful as well. It’s such a shame. A buyers app would be so much more useful tho. As so many buy via their apps now. And we may see an increase in sales as well. But just keeping us informed would be appreciated.
