It’s from someone I know who saw my items on my personal facebook page and asked to buy one.
I then told her all about folksy (she hadn’t heard of it), and she bought one!
I’m so excited, even although its someone I know, its still exciting!
Its been such hard work, I’m on facebook, pinterest (was on those already) and signed up to instagram and tonight, twitter… I cant keep up, but its obviously paying off xx

Hope your first sale comes soon, I see you have a pin cushion for sale, I have sold lots of these and if I can advise you that if you list it under homeware, craft room and workshop there is a listing for pin cushions which might improve your chances of being seen. You might also want to take a couple of more photos showing the other side of the item and also state what size it is.
I do wonder how you are going to post this item which must be a small parcel size for £1.50 , I allow £3 as the cost is now £2.95 for second class and this does not seem to have stopped people buying.

Further to my reply. I’ve just had a look at your shop… wow! Beautiful! I’m a big fan of tartan so love the pincushions, I’ll have to hint to my husband as it’s my birthday soon!
