I reported a few over the weekend. It is sad to see, but nothing new - there have always been ‘new’ shops selling disallowed items. They can list a few items for nothing or very little at the weekend and they know they won’t get shut down immediately, so there’s a good chance they’ll get a few quick sales in.
Because listings don’t get vetted before they go live some shops choose to flout the T&Cs (or just don’t read them in the first place). If you spot items that don’t meet the T&Cs use the ‘report to folksy’ button that is on each page (its on the right hand side, you only need to report one item from the shop that needs investigation but its worth stating that the whole shop needs looking into) and admin will investigate and remove as appropriate.
On a separate note it is against forum rules to specifically name a shop in a negative manner like this.

I have to say though thing do seem to get removed pretty quickly and I do think there is a less that there used to be . Always report and let Folksy admin deal with it
