Heart on item pages blocking prices

I have reported the heart problem to Folksy this morning.

Sales are bad enough without customers unsure the cost of an item or if available. They would not realise if you click the heart corrects itself.

All working ok here, I checked some of my items and thought mine may be ok because my titles are quite long, then I saw that your screenshot item also has quite a long title so obviously not that!

This is the same listing, screenshot taken on laptop using Edge.

It looks like it’s random as I tried with different listings and sometimes appeared correctly, sometimes didn’t.

Another thing that plays up is the “x Available” thingy that has been added lately. Sometimes the availability is on top in red, sometimes under the price like it used to be. Not impressed with my keyrings shown as £80, I would laugh if I was a customer and never visit again.

Take it back still covering the price. Lots of my cheaper items look free. How do we stand as normally you have to charge the price shown, so if 00 that is what we should charge. If not corrected today will holiday my shop until sorted.
So unprofessional, pleased I opened another shop elsewhere and no on the dark side. They vet shops so they can ensure handmade to a standard.

When the buyer goes to their basket it will show the correct price, so there is nothing to worry about in that regard.

Now I’m just getting ‘400 Bad Request’ when I click on any link @clarefolksy

I saw that too this morning, but looks fine on my laptop and phone now.
There is a worse problem now. All my listings have added EU countries as a delivery destination without me doing this!!

I don’t see EU countries as a shipping destination on your listings.

(I also don’t have the issue of the heart obscuring prices on my phone)

No, I did a wee urgent fix. I have had to take off ‘rest of the world’ deliveries to take off EU, which is not great, but at least I won’t have to do any refunds.
I know of at least one other seller with the same issue.

Yes, I had the same EU shipping issue but it seems to be all sorted now.
