Has something changed? I log in through my Safari browser, it’s never looked like this. I don’t like it.

I get this occasionally, have you tried closing the browser and re-opening? Otherwise I think you need to clear your cookies but I’m not sure how to do this! (Closing the browser usually works for me 
)

Clear your cache and cookies and reload the page.

Thank you Lou, I had closed the browser several times and re-started my iPad but nothing changed. I have now cleared the cookies and am back to normal. Thanks again

I get it too sometimes, I’m never sure what I do to make it go back to normal though so not much help, sorry.
